International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country's postal service. Please note that we have no control over potential customs fees.
Orders in the USA typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment confirmation, while international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.
Due to weather, holidays, weekends, and other factors not in our control, we can't guarantee any delivery dates. Please check your shipping confirmation to help track your order after shipment.
Please note that we are not responsible for customer errors such as entering the wrong shipping address.
Because our orders are typically processed and shipped out very fast (same day if order is placed before 12PM EST or the next business day morning), it is extremely unlikely that we are able to change shipping addresses if they are incorrect.
Therefore we urge you to double check your shipping address very carefully and ensure that it is correct before placing your order, so that we can get your new lashes to you quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately, we are unable to be held responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please track your shipment via your tracking number to follow the shipping progress and take measures to receive and accept your package promptly on the estimated date of delivery.
In the event your tracking status says DELIVERED but you haven't received your shipment, the best course of action is to contact the courier or post service first, as well as look for other spots they may have left your package. Very often the delivery person will leave your package in a spot other than your front door in order to prevent theft and/or weather damage.
We have noticed a recent error on UPS' servers where it will may display EMPTY tracking information if viewing on a mobile device. If you access the tracking link on desktop, the tracking information will display correct, up to date and information - so this seems to be a problem for mobile only.
If you are getting this error message, you can try copy and pasting your UPS tracking number into this page and it will display your correct tracking updates: https://www.ups-mi.net/packageid/
Alternatively, if it has been a few days since your shipment confirmation, you can also try and enter your tracking number into the US Postal Service system as our UPS shipments make their way into the USPS system after a few days.
We are in contact with UPS about their server problems and are hoping they can fix this glitch soon!

We do accept returns for any unopened, unused, unworn merchandise, within 25 days upon delivery of your order.
Because of the hygienic nature of false lashes, we aren't able to accept and process returns on packages with lashes that may have been worn.
If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line RETURN, and include your order number in the body of the message.
We will get back to on how to proceed and where to ship your products back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and it is recommended that you opt for tracking as we aren't responsible for lost returns. You will receive a full refund minus any original shipping fees once we receive and inspect your return. You can expect to see the refund charge reflected on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
